A Filipino coming-of-age short film featuring a timid 14-year old, Baduday, who develops a crush on the new guy in their neighborhood: Tristan, a taller and older guy who merely sees her as a child. Eager to get his attention, she seeks advice from her same-age best friend, Claire, who urges her to take inspiration from beautiful women in magazines. With only her best friend’s lip tint and a whole lot of imagination at her disposal, Baduday journeys on a rocky road of self-exploration and learns the awkward truth of girlhood along the way.
