Dr. Rock and his sadistic assistant Dr. Brown clear up the imprisoned Clint Wayne: Kraven is Dr. Rock's brother Victor, whom he kept hidden in a cabin in the woods for years because he committed murder. For this, Victor had to serve Rock's cruel experiments.
