System of a Down (sometimes abbreviated as SOAD) is a metal band formed in the United States Glendale, California in 1994. It consists of Serj Tankian (vocals, keyboards), Daron Malakian (guitar, vocals), Shavo Odadjian (bass) and John Dolmayan (drums).
